Modules/Probes
92A16 Data Acquisition Module
Primarily suited to general-purpose, medium-speed hardware timing analysis. Each 92A16 card provides 16 channels of 4-K deep memory. Working as a single card or as a multiple-card module, the 92A16 offers a maximum clocking rate of 200 MHz.
P6460 Data Acquisition Probe
The P6460 is a 100 MHz data acquisition probe with nine data channels and a clock line.
92S16 Algorithmic Pattern Generator
The 92S16 provides up to 18 channels of vectors and two clock channels. Memory depth is 1 K. The maximum clock rate is 50 MHz.
92S32 Sequential-Pattern Pattern Generator
The 92S32 provides up to 36 channels of vectors and four clock channels. Memory depth is 8 K. The maximum clock rate is 50 MHz.
92C02 Expansion/GPIB
The 92C02 provides a GPIB port and an interface to the DAS 92E9 Expansion Mainframe.
