The P6048 is a low-capacitance, miniture probe designed for use with Tektronix high-frequency oscilloscopes such as the
Type 454 and Type 47A. It cal also be compensated for use with other instruments that have an input capacitance of 14 to 21 pF
and input resistance of 1 MΩ.
The P6048 offers a new level of high-frequency measurement performance with its low 1-pF input capacitance. Its small size makes it easy to use, particularly for applications involving compact circuitry.
